Within 48 working hours after you have successfully completed our online reservation process, you will be emailed an electronic ticket to the e-mail address provided. The electronic ticket must be printed out and taken to airport check-in on the day of departure, along with the appropriate travel documents.
Air tickets have no refund value whatsoever. If tickets are lost or stolen, new tickets will then have to be issued incurring additional ticketing charges, which will be advised to you, should the need arise.
Additional or alternative ticket information for your selected flights will be shown as part of our Terms & Conditions to be accepted by you during the online reservation process.

PRICE REVISIONWe reserve the right to pass on any cost increase levied by the airline. No surcharge will apply for bookings once we receive full payment and tickets have been issued. Besides flight prices and taxes, booking fees and/or surcharges may apply. All such charges will be shown during the reservation process.
CHILD POLICYInfant rates apply for ages up to 1 year 11 months.
Children rates apply for ages 2-11 years.
Children 12 years and older must always booked as adults.
DEPARTURE TAXESIt is not always possible to include all taxes on your ticket, in some cases departure taxes are payable to the government in the country departed and are non-refundable. Currently there is a CUC25 departure tax in Cuba to be paid immediately after checking in for your flight.
PAYMENTFull amount due will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of your credit card details. Accepted credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD.Your bill will state: CARIBBEANTRAVELNETWORK
RULES AND RESTRICTIONSWhen you purchase your ticket, you agree to specific airline rules and/or restrictions that apply to your selected flight/fare. You must check these rules and/or restrictions during the reservation process, before online payment.
In most cases, the following rules and restrictions apply:
- Most fares are non-refundable.
- Any changes to your flight reservations may incur additional charges.
- Airline tickets are non-transferable.
Rules and restrictions are imposed by the airlines and are subject to change. Caribbean Travel Network must abide by these rules.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW CHARGESImmediately after you complete your booking, your credit card will be charged and e-tickets will be issued. Accepted credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD. The charge will be in your selected currency and your bill will state: CARIBBEANTRAVELNETWORK.
Cancellation charges depend on specific airline rules and/or restrictions that apply to your selected flight/fare. These rules and/or restrictions will be shown during the reservation process.
You must take into account that:
- Most fares are non-refundable.
- Any changes to your flight reservations may incur additional charges.
- Airline tickets are non-transferable.
Besides airline cancellation policy, an administration fee of Eur 35 (or equivalent in your currency) will apply to all cancellations and modifications to your reservation.
We will not make refunds to credit cards other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process refund within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and availability, some errors might still occur. Once aware of such incidents we will make all reasonable effort to advise you within 48 business hours of the booking being made. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund all monies paid, but this of course will be without any liability to you.
CANCELLATION BY USIn the unlikely event that a booking has to be cancelled a full and prompt refund will be made of all costs. No compensation is payable.
